A competitive basic salary that ranges between £20,000-£24,000 ( please be aware this is solely based on experience).
Suitable working hours across a Mon-Sat period (must be flexible with this).

Day to day duties in this role include:
Overseeing properties on a day to day basis.
Ensure that targets are met across your property portfolio.
Working towards KPI`s and then tracking them on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Reporting into Senior Property Managers and senior management.
Implementing the right policies and procedures throughout your day to day duties.
Coordinating tenants finds and maintenance.
In order to apply for this role, you MUST have the following skills and experience:
Experienced in a property management or coordinating role (1-2 years is a minimum expectance)
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment within property.
Confident working towards KPI targets.
