Property Manager

£21,000-£24,000 with an OTE taking you up to almost £27,000!

Location: Brighton

09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (working 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4pm, with a day off following week)

From 1st of August to 30th September Mon-Fri 8:30am-17:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

We`re very pleased to be working with an established property agency based in Brighton! Ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years of property management experience. However, you`ll also be considered if you've had experience in a similar role with clear transferable skills. Client management is a big part of this role, so that would be a massive bonus!

You will be joining a very successful team, managing a portfolio of properties in their energetic and friendly office.

Duties Include:

• Looking after a selection of properties within their portfolio, creating lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Ensuring the current landlords and tenants are happy to ensure high retention levels.
• You`ll work alongside the lettings and maintenance teams making sure all parties are happy.
• Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents.
• Account managing and attending client meetings.

• Super organised and attention to detail.
• Approachable and loves providing quality customer service.
• Capable to work under pressure and mange a varied workload.
• Knowledge of the Brighton area
• In possession of UK driving licence.
