Brook Street are recruiting for a Property Manager for an independent Estate Agent located in Westcliffe and Southend.

Due to the nature of the position you will need to have a clean driving licence with your own car.

You will be looking after the 400 managed properties dealing with any issues, repairs, maintenance. You will be self-motivated and have background in property management. You will be given a company phone to deal with any out of hours calls on weekends and evenings.

This position offers a salary between £20,000 - £23,000 depending of experience the hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm and working alternate Saturday's with a day off in lieu.
