Amazing opportunity to join a highly successful estate agents as a Property Manager, providing much needed support to their office in Worcester.


As a Property Manager you will be dealing with a sizeable portfolio of managed and let only properties so the ideal candidate will be organised, work well under pressure and have great attention to detail.

You will liaise with Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis along with drawing up tenancy agreements and deal with lettings negotiations. You must have the ability to work well with others as well as on your own, speak confidently with clients, tenants and landlords and have the ability to form good relationships with your working client base and team members.

The ability to work well under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service is essential. This is a fast paced environment therefore suited to organised and positive individuals with the desire to do well.


Experience of residential property management or lettings is essential, along with a full clean driving licence and access to a car during working hours.


In return you will be offered a competitive salary dependant on experience including an impressive commission structure. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:45 - 5:30pm with the potential to include a Saturday if needed. This is a full time, permanent position for the right candidate.
