One of the Midlands most highly regarded and recognisable Estate Agents within the property industry is currently seeking a Property Negotiator to join their team located in their busy Worcester office.

This vacancy is ideal for a motivated and driven individual looking for the perfect opportunity to progress within a quality agency. Industry experience is preferred, however if you come from a strong sales and negotiation background where you were dealing with clients and customers in a pressurised and target driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Ideal candidates will be people focused and career minded individuals, with a genuine passion for the property sector.

Your daily routine will include regular contact and communication with clients, negotiating offers between clients and applicants and closing deals, maximising opportunities for viewings, sales, market appraisals and instructions and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

This vacancy requires someone who is a confident and diligent communicator, has a good local knowledge, is well presented and has a proven track record in a similar sales role.

It is essential you drive and have your own transportation.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 4 hours every other Saturday. For ever 2 Saturday's worked you receive a day off mid-week.

This is a full time, permanent position that offers a competitive basic salary pending experience, and OTE in the region of £18,000 - £20,000.
