Do you want to work with a homeless charity in and around Swansea? Are you skilled with facilities work within property? Please carry on reading as this is the role for you!

The facilities department require someone to provide basic repair, maintenance and cleaning services to a certain project my client are operating.

As the right candidate, you will have -

- Knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Knowledge of the legal compliance frameworks within which you are expected to work (e.g. COSHH, Health and Safety Regulations etc.).
- Experience of identifying and undertaking minor repairs or maintenance, including carpentry and decorating


Please note you must be able to drive for this role as you'll be required to travel across Swansea and surrounding areas as required
