We are working on behalf of a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in EC1. Covering a plethora of legal services for a range of long-standing clients, many of whom come via referrals, this practice has identified the need for a talented Property Paralegal.

Working with the specialist Commercial Property team, you will gain broad exposure and insight supporting diverse clients, including several significant PLCs. Ideally, you`ll be a highly motivated paralegal with more than 18 months experience in property or 1-7 years Part qualified experience in a commercial property or residential conveyancing paralegal or assistant role. . The focus here is to support the team ensuring that duties are done efficiently and smoothly across asset based lending and post-completion duties. A few specific responsibilities include, obtaining search indemnity insurance policies, preparing Land Registry forms, chasing for updates, preparing and submitting SDLT forms and drafting reports on title. Very quickly you will be running your own caseload for asset based lending clients and providing support in other areas of commercial property.

Salary is very much dependant on the level of your experience and ideally they are looking to recruit someone local to EC1 London or who is happy to travel.
