Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Portfolio Manager to join this thriving property company based in South Manchester.

You should be someone who has similar experience in a property management role, is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be organised, presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. Ideally with experience of managing a team.

Previous experience within a similar role is required, either Senior or experienced Property Management. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and use of own car.

This role will include all aspects of Portfolio Management including:

Management of a portfolio of landlords - around 200 and properties - around 400
Management of a team of 3 Property Managers
Completion of financial portfolio reports
Liaising with clients
Liaising with the Property Managers on day to day queries
Liaising with sub agents around the UK
General office administration including taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
Preparation of documentation including renewal tenancy agreements


The role comes with a good basic salary depending on experience and an excellent benefit package. Their is a bonus based on commission which is worked out on a % of the portfolio income.
