Are you working in a property services role at the moment with knowledge of general property repairs and "make safe" processes for residents?

We're looking for a general repairs technician who has knowledge of NHBC requirements for one of our clients, based in the Cardiff area. An understanding of Health & Safety within construction is essential and a general knowledge of construction techniques is required.

The successful applicant will be visiting properties that have issues in their construction or have issues relating to repairs that have been completed or are scheduled. It is then up to the successful applicant to plan a scheme of repairs, that may involve making safe the current property. Defects will need to be reported, logged and repairs must be arranged in order to satisfy customer requirements.

A candidate with a background with Tenancy / Housing Association / Lettings experience would be advantageous and knowledge of new home building regulations would also be an advantage.
