Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a skilled administration who has strong organisational skills, the ability to manage the sales process, the ability to persuade and influence others and a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary - £23,000 - £24,000

You will be managing the administration process between property sales reservations and exchange. Your duties will include:
Managing a portfolio of property sales, liaising with conveyancers, estate agents, surveyors, buyers and sellers to obtain updates on each sales, assist solicitors with legal enquiries and new developments, report back to buyers and complete all associated administration relating to this process.
