Job Description

Role - Property Sales Advisor
Location - Tunbridge Wells (some flexibility to work from home)
Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am till 5pm
Pay - £12 - £14.50 per hour
Duration - 3 months with potential to go permanent

We are looking ideally for a candidate who has some previous estate agent/lettings experience. This role is to service existing residents with either help to buy, staircassing, right to aquire or resale.

This role is to submit, support and advise through the process of accruing houses.

We are looking for a strong, passionate, focussed but also organised and process driven candidate.

Duties will include;
-High levels of customer Service both internal and external
-Administration
-Data entry
