The role will include all aspects of Sales and Lettings negotiation, including:
- Building relationships
- Meeting and liaising with potential sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants
- Marketing and customer service
- Creating referral business
- Maintaining clients-for-life business

Requirements:
- Must have previous Sales experience in an office environment
- Previous Sales, and Letting experience is essential
- Listing experience would be advantageous
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
- Professional and confident
- Willing to learn attitude
- Work on own initiative and good time management
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Well presented and negotiation skills
- Target driven and ambitious

In return you will receive:
- £16,000 - £18,000 + commission (OTE £22-£24k)
- Working hours Mon - Fri 8.45 - 5.30, Sat 10 4 (working 1 on, 1 off on saturdays)
