Based City Centre. The main focus of this role is to progress the sales of the property portfolio where a buyer has already been found by the inhouse sales team, ensuring these sales proceed through to completion
Your understanding of property sales, estate agency and the process of conveyance in the UK property market will enable you to oversee and drive the sales process, from the point of reservation to legal exchange of contracts.
You will take ownership of the sales process from reservation to completion - Update all interested parties in conveyancing matters - Build strong relationships with Clients, Agents and Solicitors - Deal with all queries promptly and efficiently, and ensure deadlines are met - Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients - Accurately update and maintain all activity onto our in house system.
In addition to your sales focus, you will also provide some PA support to the Executive Director i.e. organise and take notes at meetings, deal with confidential matters, manage the Ex Director's diary and maintain accurate and up to date records on various property, investor and financial information
What you will need :
Previous experience of sales progression, estate agency or sales negotiation - Knowledge of property sales, property investment and conveyancing - Organised, with a high level of attention to detail - Excellent communicator - Client focused
So it's a busy and varied role where no 2 days are the same. Good basic salary with excellent OTE of up to 10K earning potential.
