Brook Street are delighted to be working with a well established client based in Belfast City Centre for a Property Services Officer

This role is full time Monday to Friday. The duration of this role is for 5 months to cover Maternity Leave

In your new role as a Property Services Officer, you will contribute to the work of the Association and the Property Services Department by contributing to the provision of an efficient maintenance service, ensuring tenant satisfaction and working towards the achievement of performance targets set by the department. This post covers all aspects of property maintenance, construction and mechanical and electrical services


You are a good fit for this role if you have a Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction subject, and, 2 years` experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services, and, or, OR

Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent ) and 3 years` experience (within the last 7 years) within a facilities/maintenance environment. Experience to include at least one of the following: construction, mechanical and/or electrical services


For the purpose of this role, the successful applicant must hold a current full driving licence and access to a vehicle

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £15.68 per hour paid to you on a weekly basis
