Job Description

Your day to day responsibilities for this role include:

Introducing and upkeeping daily structures for your team.

Development of staff into their agreed processes.

Handling all complaints and introducing improvements and structures to individual team members.

Reguarly holding meetings to check the basics of the role and targets are being met.

Ensure there is a minimum 48 hour contact with all Landlords and Tenants.

Remaining calm when faced with all difficult situations.

Conducting return to work meetings alongside monitoring lateness and absence.

To fit the credentials and what the client looks for in the right candidate, you must have the following skills and qualities:

To anticipate, respond and to seek to regularly exceed existing and potential customers.

Showing all support for business values - promoting a high level of integrity and honesty alongside demonstrating this at all times.

Responding positively to all business circumstances and readily adapts behaviour to maintain all effective performance.

It would be desirable to have came from a lettings administration or property management background.
