Job Description

To work from a modern office in a prime location just outside the heart of Newcastle, my clients are looking for an experienced Valuer to enhance there thriving business.

Your day will consist of visiting properties to carry out valuations, taking measurements and photographs. Uploading these onto the system and typing up the property details once back in the office and making sure they're advertised on all property portals.

You will be required to keep in regular contact with your vendors and following up on any previous valuations.

You'll also be keeping in regular contact with your vendors and buyers and booking in viewings, dealing with all aspects of the sale process and going the extra mile to make buying and selling properties a stress free process.

If you have at least 1 years experience in property sales, have a full clean driving licence and are ambitious and driven then I would be delighted to hear from you.
