Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast client who is a leading telecommunications solutions provider. They are now seeking to recruit a new Provisioning Coordinator to join their expanding business

Duties:

* Validating order requirements with sales and technical teams, providers, and the customer
* Organising purchase and delivery of hardware
* Raising orders to provision, cease and renew services with carriers / vendors
* Allocating and booking engineering resources
* Managing the number porting process
* Maintaining sales and purchase order system records in a weekly routine
* Accurately capture network details to ensure accurate onward billing
* Resolving problems and overcoming barriers to keep projects on track
* Delivering customer service via telephone and email meeting defined SLAs and standards
* Maintaining CRM system records

Qualifications and Experience

* Experience of coordinating multiple elements in an order to meet a pre-set deadline (order processing, provisioning or similar)
* B2B customer service - managing expectations, keeping customers informed,
* Good Microsoft skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
* Good standard of general education
* Good understanding Telecom and VOIP telephony (desirable)
