Job Description

Our Public Sector client is seeking Clerical Officer's to join the Special Education Needs Support (SEN) Department based at their Enniskillen office.

Working 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday, you will provide administrative support, follow set procedures, exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, collate and analyse fairly complex information or data, submit results in a written report, assist with administrative procedures and processes, assist with budget preparation and control where required, act as an administrative liaison with internal and external sources, and prepare routine correspondence via email. As the Clerical Officer, you will have an excellent telephone manner and communicate effictively to the public.

Candidates must have five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent) - NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience), Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office, and good oral and written communication skills.

The rate of pay for this role is £9.89 per hour.
