Brook Street (UK) Ltd has over 70 years' experience in the recruitment industry and we are continuing to expand in Northern Ireland. Our Public Sector Recruitment team is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Belfast to work exclusively on public sector national accounts.

We're seeking someone to join our team who wants to commence or develop their career within the recruitment industry. Compliance, speed, the ability to multi-task, excellent IT-literacy, customer-focus, and client-focus are essential to be a Recruitment Consultant within the PSR team and those are the qualities we're seeking in our new colleague.

Duties in this role will include ensuring compliance is 100% in accordance with our national contracts and our clients' wishes, managing Brook Street`s Temporary Employees, inputting payroll information, liaising with our clients` Managers, creating and posting vacancy advertisements online, sifting CVs, interviewing and registering candidates, referencing our candidates, helping candidates to complete their Security clearance applications, and providing all candidates with pre-interview advice.

All candidates must be prepared to travel to Great Britain occasionally for training, meetings, and for other work purposes.
