Job Description
Role - Purchase Ledger
Hours - Monday - Friday 9am till 5:30pm
Location - Tunbridge Wells (Office based)
Salary - £12.00 per hour
Start date - As soon as possibly. This is a temp to perm role temping for a possible 2/3 months
I have a recognised Global brand are looking for an experienced Purchase ledger Clerk to work in a small busy team for the UK Subsidiary.
You will be working to strict deadlines this is a key role working alongside the Sales ledger Clerk and two Management Accountants.
You will ideally have 2/3 years` experience minimum and be confident using a variety of accounts packages as well as confident using Microsoft packages such as Microsoft Dynamics, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties will include;
-Input multi-currency invoices
-Monthly Bacs runs
-Multi-currency payments
-Processing all payments on the system and allocation to Invoices
-Record keeping and filing
-Input of Purchase Orders and matching to invoices
-Processing Employee expenses
-Reconciling Supplier Statements
-Input of Inter Co invoices
-Deal with other Senior Managers to obtain Sign off of invoices.
-Subcontracting multi variants.
-Actively improve processes.
-Other Ad hoc Duties
