Job Description
Are you a Purchase Ledger Clerk with experience of working within a busy industry?
We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing business on a Maternity Cover contract (6 to 9 months initially) in the North Cardiff area, close to Cardiff Gate Business Park.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have experience of working within a busy finance department with lots of external supplier contact.
Duties include
- Processing supplier invoices in a timely manner and within payment terms
- Maintain Purchase Ledger
- Prepare month-end reports
- Credit assessment forms and set up
- Resolve invoicing queries from internal stakeholders
