Brook Street has an immediate requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an established, global business in Stafford Park, Telford.
The experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk would be required ongoing, on a temporary contract working 37.5 hours per week.
The team are really helpful and will provide full training to enable you to work together in a friendly environment.
Some of the duties will include:
" Purchase Ledger
" Communicate through Outlook
" Using SAP to access all vendor accounts
" Matching delivery notes to invoices
" Processing invoices
" Dealing with supplier and invoice queries
" Supplier statement reconciliations
" Daily post inc. overdue reminders, cheques
" Ad hoc duties within the team
" Previous Purchase Ledger experience
" A self-motivated individual and willing team player
" Excellent attention to detail
" Computer literate with advanced knowledge Excel
" Excellent communication skills
" Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
