An exciting opportunity has arisen with our growing client in the Motor industry. They are looking for an individual from an accounts background in particular purchase ledger.
Who you will be working for:
You could be working with an industry leading company, growing year on year. An opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to come on board. You will be working out of a new, purpose-built modern office, free parking and unlimited coffee.
What you will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for Processing invoices monthly using the ERP System (Protean) along with using Finance systems Sage and Therefore. You will also be required to produce monthly payment runs chase credit notes along with liaising with colleagues to archive invoice approvals and set up new suppliers.
Part of this role will also see the ideal candidate support the team with administration, reception work along with other ad-hoc duties.

A proven track record of your brilliance is essential. Along with experience in...
- Accounts, Purchase Ledger preferably.
- A history using Accountancy software / systems preferably Sage.
- Be a strong communicator that's proficient in Microsoft products including Excel.
- Demonstrable experience of time management skills and a highly organised nature, with the ability to produce accurate work in pressurised timescales.
