Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk- 3months Contract
Brook Street is hiring for a client who is a forward-thinking company they supply a wide range of healthcare accessories to commercial and sector specific industries.
We have a 3month fix contract as Purchase Ledger Clerk position to start immediately.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to Purchase Ledger and Credit Control team.
Your Role:
" To assist the teams with their day to day administration tasks.
" Inputting of invoices onto Sage.
" Completing batches at the end of each day and scanning them.
" To maintain records, by inputting data onto spreadsheets.
" Departmental filing on a regular basis.
" Various month end duties e.g setting up new batch headers and spreadsheets.
" Matching invoices to orders and posting to the purchase ledger
" Dealing with price and quantity differences
" Managing purchase invoice queries by updating logs, liaising with suppliers and proactively seeking resolution through internal communication channels
" Reconciling Supplier statements.
" Dealing with telephone queries and resolving queries and complaints.
The ideal Candidate:
" Will hold at least few years' experience within this role.
" Good IT and Microsoft knowledge
" Works well in a team, attention to detail, good communication and customer focus skills.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday based in the Enfield office, paying a salary off £20500-£21500 (pro-rated)
