Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry leading client for a Purchase Ledger Clerk. We are looking for candidates with experience in Purchase Ledger roles to become a part of this fantastic team and provide essential support to the business.

Role - Purchase Ledger Clerk
Pay - £11.54 per hour
Hours - 9am-5pm/9:30am-5:30pm (Monday-Friday)
Location - Office based in Coventry
Duration - 12 weeks temporary with view to a permanent role

This role would see candidates join the team on an initial temporary basis, with the view to this becoming a permanent opportunity after 12 weeks. Successful applicants will need to be able to show clear organisation skills in their work and be a natural, confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Role Responsibilities -
- Process Stock Invoices
- Query Resolution
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Working closely with suppliers to resolve any queries
- Provide assistance to the wider accounts team as needed

Candidate Qualities -
- Applicants will need previous experience in a similar role to be successful
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Having an analytical approach to financial data
