Purchase Ledger Clerk START ASAP

Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy and fast faced environment. The Purchase Ledger clerk role will work in the Finance team to support the management of the purchase ledgers over multiple trading companies. The main objective of the role is to ensure all purchase are entered into the system in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties include: Set up new supplier accounts and maintaining the accuracy of vendor details, Code all purchase invoices received accurately to prepare for entering into the accounting system, Input all purchase invoices to supplier accounts, Raise purchase orders to suppliers when requested, Enter all credit notes received from suppliers and match off against invoices, Prepare and process intercompany trading invoice and reconciliation, Input all supplier payments, Post and reconcile corporate credit cards, Process employee expense claims, Assist with the preparation of supplier payment runs, including raising payment lists, Reconcile purchase ledger on a monthly basis using supplier statements of account and Assist in the preparation of year-end creditor reports for financial audit.

You Must have: 3plus year experience in a Purchase ledger role or finance department, A confident self-starter with the ability to operate within a growing business and able to work well in a team of 4 and it is desirable to have multi-currency experience.

Your Package: 22k to 27k depends on experience, 28days holiday, department incentives, pension, free parking and free products. Office based, 1day remote working after 3months. Located in North London area.
