Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well-established company at their London Head Office in Enfield, our client is a forward-thinking company who supply a wide range of healthcare accessories to commercial and sector specific industries.

The purpose of the role is to support the purchase ledger department and team with all day to day enquires.

Your duties include: To assist the teams with their day to day administration tasks, Accurate coding and inputting of invoices onto Sage, Completing batches at the end of each week and scanning them to the appropriate authoriser, To maintain records, by inputting data onto spreadsheets, Departmental filing on a regular basis, Various month end duties, Matching invoices to orders and posting to the purchase ledger, Dealing with price and quantity differences, Managing purchase invoice queries by liaising with suppliers and proactively seeking resolution through internal communication channels, Reconciling Supplier statements, Dealing with telephone queries and resolving queries and complaints and Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts

You will need to have 1 year plus experience, live within the Enfield area, good communication skills, team player and IT Skills.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with hybrid working, £21- £22k, 28days holiday including bank holiday, pension, free parking on site and training providing.
