Role - Purchase Ledger
Type - 12 week temp to perm
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm
Location - Uckfield
Pay and Salary - Dependant on experience
I have a client based in Uckfield who are looking for a candidate to support on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an Purchase Ledger role and we are looking for a candidate who has an interest in this field. Experience is not essential and full training will be given.
We are looking for a pro active, passionate, motivated candidate who can work well in a team as well as on their own.
Duties will include
-Matching, checking and coding invoices
-Working out VAT payments
-Making payments via BACS and cheques
-Processing staff expenses
-Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
-Reconciliation of supplier statements
-Managing petty cash
-Data entry and filing
-Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
-Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
-Reviewing systems and processes and making improvements where necessary
