Role: Estimator
Location: Maidstone

I am currently looking for an experienced Estimator who has previously worked within construction.
In this role you will be responsible for Estimation and Purchasing the correct amount of materials for all the developments.

You should have at least 3 years' experience in this role and be capable of calculating material quantities from drawings. You will need to work under pressure in a busy office environment and be efficient in managing numerous projects at one time, as well as maintaining good communication with all sites and suppliers.

You will have good computer and communication skills and be competent with MS office applications.
