Procurement Administration Officer
Brook Street recruitment are recruiting for a national client to recruit a Procurement Administrator on a temporary basis.
Core hours are 10am to noon and 2pm to 4pm, with bandwidth to work these within 7.30am to 6pm.
The responsibilities of the role will be to:
1. Review and generate Purchase Orders
2. Contact suppliers for quotes
3. Liaise with and provide support to internal departments, sometimes providing guidance/training on the process and system
4. Supporting as part of a team
5. Use emails, excel spreadsheets and Pecos procurement system
6. Be office based only, no home working opportunity
