Purchasing Administrator
Based at Ashby-de-la-Zouch office
20 hours per week (flexible, preferably over 4 days per week at 5 hours per day between 10am and 3pm)
Salary between £9.74 and £10.77p/h depending on experience with holiday entitlement increasing to 33 days per annum after 12 weeks


We are looking for candidates with a "can do" attitude, who are reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to the following:
" Spreadsheet - reporting / creating / updating
" Metrics - reporting / creating / updating
" Database management
" Financial planning
" Chasing information, challenging and ensuring protocol has been followed

In order to apply for the role you must have very good Microsoft Office Skills including Word and Excel and experience in using Pivot tables and V-look ups.

An ideal candidate will have good process skills and ability to adapt to internal user systems/processes/tools as well as good organisational skills (following and managing processes).

You must have good communication skills and SAP user experience would be desirable.
