The Role:

A varied role in a fast-paced environment

You will be dealing with electronic purchase orders for lower usage products, once you have received the order you will be liaising with suppliers to complete price queries then cascade this information back to the sales team so that they can then close the sale. Your role will include lots of filing, scanning and data entry once the PO has been validated. Part of your role will also be dealing with overflow calls for the sales team, so you will need to have a professional bubbly telephone manner and be able to take accurate messages for your colleagues.

Can you demonstrate good solid data entry speeds & accuracy levels?
A team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to multi task
Happy to deal with filing and scanning
Enjoys working in a fast paced, but fun working environment.
