Do you have strong Administration experience?
We are working alongside a client based in Didcot, Oxford who are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.
This is a full-time position Monday-Friday with an early finish on a Friday and is paying £11.00 p/h.
Main Duties;
- You will be supporting the business in ensuring that staff can function efficiently, safely and securely and that they are kept informed in all matters relating to the office/facilities.
- Keeping a supply of office materials that the teams need to function efficiently
- You will be helping the purchasing team chase orders and raise PO`s when needed.
- Providing up to date information clearly displayed regarding office, safety, security, quality and other info as needed.
- Providing general administrative assistance across several departments where required.
- The candidate will have to be competent at Excel as you won`t be creating new spreadsheets or using Macros, but you will need to accurate at updating existing information.
