Job Description

We have a number of opportunities to join a team of Purchasing & Service Co-Ordinators for our client in Nant Garw. This is a temporary opportunity for a three month period with possibility for it to extend or even become permanent for the right candidate. There will be full training which will take place in the office for the first week but after this the role will be hybrid.

Position Objectives:

  • To ensure all necessary contract details are key entered in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy
  • To processes documents in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
  • To ensure the correct marketing and support plans are used when processing contracts
  • To ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided at all times
  • To ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant compliance regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous admin or data entry experience
  • Experience of working under pressure and in a volume driven environment
  • Good use of Excel and other Windows applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
