Job Description

QSHE Advisor

Brookstreet is recruiting for a QSHE Advisor for a Hyperfast broadband provider

- Salary: £40,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30
- Location: Hybrid - Home/Office/Field
- Benefits: Company car + Mileage allowance - 30 days annual leave - Perkbox - Company events

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safe working practices across the business, building effective relationships with both internal and external teams in taking a partnership approach to dealing with QSHE issues promptly to ensure a safe environment and minimising the impact on operational delivery.

You will Undertake risk assessments, site checks and incident investigations as required

You will act as a functional lead for QSHE queries (as agreed with the Head of QSHE&T), being aware of developments in that field, and of changes to statutory/standard requirements.

You must be able to communicate to people on all levels, including local councillors, residents, MP's and shop owners

Required Skills
- NEBOSH certificate or similar awarding body
- Experience of ISO Standards and their implementation/operation
- Proven track record in quality, environmental & safety management
- Excellent communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
- Able to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- IT literate and capable of acquiring and applying detailed legal, technical and regulatory information
- Confident public speaker, able to capture and hold attention of the audience
- UK Driving license
