Brook Street are delighted to be supporting a well established, successful independent Brokerage who are seeking a qualified Mortgage Advisor to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

As the ideal candidate, you will have good knowledge of common mortgage products, programs and procedures. You`ll have an understanding of mortgage underwriting and be able to applying techniques and sales principles to promote and sell the company`s services.

You will be proactive, showing a can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.

You must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice (Cert MA)
- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)
