If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s head office in the Runcorn area, you will be working on a 30 hour contract.

Your day to day duties in this role will include:
Understanding the manufacturing process of parts for customers to ensure product knowledge is view-able.
Dealing with internal and external quality issues.
Ensuring all orders and documentation are completed as and when necessary.
Performing internal audits and audits of suppliers.
Answering incoming calls from customers and dealing with all queries and escalating any complaints.
Retrieving both customer and supplier feedback.
Working with management to determine quality objectives and ways to achieve those.

Able to work in a factory environment.
Some form of experience in sales order processing or sales supplier contact.
It is also desirable that you`ve used SAGE or some knowledge of the SAGE system although full training is provided.
