Job Description
Brook street currently have a fantastic opportunity to work within the Intellectual Property Office on a temporary basis as a quality and feedback officer. Please see below description and apply directly if you feel you would be interested.
Pay rate - £13.90
Hours - Full time (37 hours per week)
Hybrid working (at least 20% office based)
Job Summary
This exciting role provide an opportunity to work with colleagues across the Intellectual Property Office. The post holders will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver excellent services for our customers. This role sits within the Customer Experience Unit where our customers are at the heart of what we do. This role would suit an individual who has excellent written skills and attention to detail and the want to understand our customers' needs.
Job Description
- Maintaining a customer feedback database, ensuring that feedback is captured accurately and processed correctly.
- The logging, forwarding, and monitoring of customer feedback to ensure responses are given within set timescales.
- Dealing and capturing misleading mail e-mails and correspondence within agreed set timescales
- Assisting the Quality Manager & Quality Team Leader in maintaining the Quality Management System
- Support to ISO 9001 auditors with audits.
- Ad-hoc secretariat duties to support the wider Customer Experience Unit
Essential Skills
- Excellent written skills to draft customer responses and reports
- Excellent attention to detail to support customer queries and accurately capture data.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high standard of communication skills working within the immediate team and with the wider office.
- Excellent organisational skills to be able to prioritise workload dependent on urgency.
- Excellent IT skills to adapt to and use different IT applications, including full Microsoft 365 suite and various internal systems, to a high level.
