Our prestigious Bradford based client are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You'll be joining a well established organisation, with an excellent reputation for outstanding customer service. The Quality team are at the forefront of this, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and reflect the high standards customer's have come to expect.
As the Quality Assurance Administrator you'll ensure that all calls, emails, web chats and letters follow necessary policies and procedures, such as treating customers fairly, data protection, financial ombudsman service etc.
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, you'll monitor work flows and ensure results are recorded correctly. Using these results to identify areas of concern, highlighting and providing feedback.
Alongside this you'll also monitor the systems, identifying root causes of process or system issues, identifying trends and ensuring all reasons are explored and reported.
The role will also involve delivering effective feedback and side by side coaching to the wider customer service team.
We're looking for a tactful, personable communicator who is able to deliver feedback and influence outcomes.
At least two year's experience within customer service, in an advisor or analytical capacity is essential for this role. Experience within a SME or QA role is highly desired.
You'll need to have excellent attention to detail and strong reporting and analysis skills. Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly.
