Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a Government body as a Quality Assurance Analyst (EO grade). This a temporary role for 3 months with a view to extend. The pay for the role is £13.74 per hour, and would be working from home. The hours will be Monday - Friday, 9-5.

Responsibilities include:
- Completion of Quality dashboards and MI that demonstrate to the business that there is a high standard being achieved consistently, and where improvement activity is required that this is documented, followed up and delivered;
-Scheduling, planning and organising all Quality performance reviews, for keeping and tracking updates;
- Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of all reporting tools, initiating and completing analysis that drives ongoing improvement in quality outcomes;
- Working in collaboration with supplier reporting teams and central performance teams to ensure consistency and continuity of reporting;
