The successful candidate will be a good communicator, enthusiastic and reliable. A willingness to learn is essential as the role is quite varied so adaptability is key, however full training will be provided.
Role and Responsibilities
Monitoring calls across the organisation ensuring pre-defined criteria are met
Day-2-Day Administrative tasks
Analysing processes and trend spotting
Liaising with management of all levels to support their teams
Skills and Experience Required
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good time management
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Excel/Word/Outlook/Powerpoint)
A keen interest in developing themselves and others
20 days holiday rising to 25 over a period of time (this excludes Bank Holidays)
