Quality Assurance Associate

Financial Services Industry

We are working with an award winning financial service company in Southampton who are hiring for a brand new role within their organisation.

Working under the direction of the Head of Originations, the Quality Assurance Associate will work with a small team playing a key role in developing this function, refining and managing the on-going quality assurance processes that we establish.

What will you be doing?


They will be responsible for call and letter monitoring, script and strategy adherence, process reviews, providing feedback and full scope quality assurance reviews across all areas of the Operations departments, including Customer Service, Complaints & Underwriting as well as reviews on the Servicing department including their outsourcers.


As the business expands, this role is seen as critical to help ensure that we set and maintain high standards with regard to how we interact with our customers, improve our processes to ensure that the correct lending decisions are made, and contribute to our first line of defense with respect to compliance.

You will have frequent contact with all departments, especially operations management and team leaders, head of people and culture, credit analysts and the compliance department.

The hours will be 37.5 per week, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What is our client looking for?

The successful candidate will have Quality Assurance experience from the financial services industry, collections or consumer finance.

They would love to see people with:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • The highest level of integrity
  • Report writing experience
  • Previous experience of working within a consumer lending environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with all levels/functions of the business both junior and senior members of staff
