Customer Care Manager

Brook Street is hiring for a Customer Care Manager to work with a fast-growing, successful, gold standard full fibre network provider
Salary: £30,000
Full-Time Permanent Position
Working hours - Monday-Friday
Location: Colchester/Home hybrid

For this position you will be outstanding at delivering and training the highest levels of customer care in the industry
Duties:
- Lead training and development for the customer care team
- Manage, lead and motivate the training and support team
- Manage the customer Service Budget
- Present reports on performance
- Disciplinary process
- Manage annual leave for the team
- Continuous improvement with the team
- Managing absence
- Develop and Implement scripts for use by the team
You Must have
- 3+ years customer service experience in a contact centre environment
- Strong communicator
- Be able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Leadership experience
