Our City Centre client has engaged with Brook Street UK Ltd to assist them with the search for a Quality Assurance Team Leader. This role is temporary long term and a full time post.

Our client is a multinational provider of information technology (IT), networking technology solutions and Business Process Outsource

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader to join the company for the middle of November.

It is essential that the applicant has an understanding of ITIL foundation certified or exposed to framework.
Exposure to similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
Experience of working in 24/7 environment.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on a day to day basis the team to ensure delivery and implementation of quality standards and initiatives in line with client expectations and service level agreements.
As a Quality analyst you will be monitoring team's performance on a weekly and monthly basis and sharing feedback for good work, improvements required, and identifying areas for improvement.
Also, you will be responsible for ensuring that the quality scores for the process are met and that the team is striving to exceed these at all times.
The metrics should be achieved by using a range of quality monitoring techniques and a constructive feedback delivered and praise given to associates to improve motivation


In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.00 per hour and enjoy an array of benefits for allocated restaurants throughout Belfast.
