Job Description

About this company:
A leading, well established law company located in the heart of Cardiff are seeking a dynamic individual to join their Quality & Risk Department as a Quality Auditor. This role offers a superb benefits package including hybrid working

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits across various functions and activities to ensure robust internal controls.
  • Focus on compliance, operational, and quality management system audits.
  • Implement and uphold quality documents to meet internal and external standards such as ISO9001, Lexcel, and SRA Handbook.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the audit program.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports including findings, areas of improvement, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate on corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain and oversee the database of past audit recommendations.
  • Support with statistical analysis and reporting.
  • Manage the external audit process as required.
  • Analyse and report quality records and data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational, IT, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and internal auditing/quality qualifications.
  • Familiarity with ISO14001 and Lexcel Quality Standard is advantageous.
