Job Description


We are currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator for Health Education England who are based along Newburn Riverside.

This role will be hybrid working and is initially for 3 months with the potential to be extended.


If you have a strong proven track record within senior admin roles and have exceptional organisational skills along with experience of organising high profile events, then below role could be suited to you.

In order to deliver high quality patient care, the quality of the education and training of the present and future health workforce must be effectively managed and monitored to ensure that it is of the highest standard and that it continually improves.
This role will be responsible managing multiple projects/initiatives to support the objectives of the quality team including:-
? Coordinating arrangements for quality interventions
? Attendance at quality interventions; note taking and report writing
? Organisation of meetings and minute taking
? Designing and implementing admin processes
? Research and collection of data
? Line management and development of Quality Administrator

The post holder will ensure that all relevant regulatory requirements and standards are adhered to. This will require a good level of knowledge of ongoing and general issues within healthcare training and will require an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving.
The post-holder will develop partnerships with stakeholders and regulators and lead on or contribute to projects and workstreams as required. The post will include travel throughout the region.

To lead on specific projects allocated as part of the annual business planning/appraisal exercise
To manage the processes relating to the Annual GMC NTS and Learner Satisfaction Surveys including communication strategy,
providing advice and guidance, production and analysis of reports
Manage the processes relating to the sharing of patient safety and undermining comments as part of the annual GMC NTS, ensuring an appropriate audit trail is maintained
Deploy a programme and project management approach to ensure the effective planning, allocation and delivery of tasks, ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are identified and managed to achieve high quality outcomes for all assigned areas of work
Pro-actively engage all relevant stakeholders to foster working relationships to ensure that suitable systems are in place to monitor the ongoing quality of education and training
Support and develop clear lines of governance for all assigned work areas
Report progress on assigned work areas through HEE's integrated performance management reporting system
Undertake the successful planning and organisation of events and
meetings in connection with assigned work areas ensuring that the highest level of verbal and written communication is utilised
Draft reports and other documents as required
Collate qualitative and quantitative information and produce meaningful analysis of information to support decision making
Responsibility for maintaining systems and databases
Reviews effectiveness of
