Job Description

I am working in partnership with a national, leading provider of health and social care services, to recruit for a Quality Improvement Lead for their Midlands based services.

You will be employed on a full time basis and be responsible for working with services that need additional and expert support to achieve higher levels of good quality service user care and optimum regulatory outcomes.

You will be work closely with the management of adult care services in the Central region, and will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and providing both hands on and strategic management input to increase performance.

This is a multi-site role which will require travel across the central region, and may include overnight stays.

I am seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate success in service improvement, turnaround and maintaining positive CQC outcomes in the adults social care field.

You will be positive, pro-active and motivated to secure and deliver the best possible outcomes for the people in your care.

You must have the flexibility to travel and work within services across the central region (Warwickshire, Birmingham and Staffordshire), so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Other key requirements include: a formal care management qualification, proven experience of implementing and delivering service improvement, and flexibility to oversee multiple locations, with the possibility for overnight stays.

In return, you will receive a salary of £45000, car allowance, access to continued training and development and other appealing benefits.
