Job Description

We are currently working with a multi award winning Construction Company who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor due to a growth within their business.

The successful candidate will have extensive QS experience within a commercial construction company working on both residential and commercial projects.

The Role:
" Prepare and submit evaluations
" Undertaking the measurement and valuation of works completed with submission to clients within the agreed timescales
" CVR Reporting
" Profit Reporting
" Client Statements

They successful candidate will need to be flexible and able to travel to different sites with the occasional overnight stay when required, a full driving licence required.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8 - 5.

Salary will be between 35k-45k DOE.
