Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced quantity surveyor to join a Cardiff based wider-public sector organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for giving advice and guidance on estates and estate planning, assist with decision making on funding and spending and ensure an efficient service delivery.

We are looking for somebody with demonstrable people management experience, RICS or CIOB and Masters Degree experience.
