Brook Street Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our Lisburn client who due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to add to their M&E Team.

Based in the NIHE response maintenance office is based in Lisburn and have a fleet of over 100 vehicles.

This position is full-time permanent, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.pm.

You will be responsible for the established QS Team with MTC measures and preparation of interim payments.

Other duties

MTC measures and preparation of Interim Payments.
Knowledge of the NHF MTC schedule of rates.
Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers.
Prepare MTC quotations and fully annotated budgets for submittal to the client.
Preparation of monthly WIP report.

Experience & qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying.
3-5 year's experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a M&E background.
Capable of working to and achieving targets.
Need to be driven, enthusiastic and ready to work.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.


Salary will depend on background - £28-40K
